Reparent Inner Child

Learn how to love and make space for play and the kid that's still inside you

Do you want to connect with your inner child but don't know where to start or really even what that means?

The term "inner child" gets thrown around a lot, and I'm here to break it down for you into laymen's terms. (Honestly, it's kind of a combination of playing, self-love, and doing what YOU want to do when you want to do it if that helps you.)

I'm going to walk you through how to:

  • Understand who/what your inner child is
  • Reparent yourself
  • Feel more joyful and playful in daily life

If you feel too responsible and "adult" all the time, this is something you want to consider tapping into. Your inner child wants to be heard. You've got both parts (the kid and the adult), and we need to make space for both voices.

I'm here to guide you through two masterclasses and make it rain with resources, worksheets, inspiration, and digital art.

I want you to remember how much you deserve to enjoy your life.
